We strive to complete all services within 2 to 3 days. However, please keep in mind that due to certain circumstances, such as having to wait for ordered parts to be shipped, the service completion time may have to be extended slightly. IrepairPC only uses high quality replacement parts which are sometimes not readily available, especially for older model computers. This requires us to search for the part, order it, and then wait for the shipment.  

Although most repairs will fall under our client’s monthly service plan, we do offer services for new clients without choosing a monthly plan. Every computer oftentimes has a different issue, and we need to evaluate the problem before giving you an actual finalized quote. We do offer a free initial consultation, where we assess the problem and go over in detail your experiences before estimating the repair rate. Also, while doing the repairs, we may encounter other issues which would require additional charges. If that happens, we will contact you first for approval before doing anything not initially agreed upon.

At times that is the most viable option. During our initial consultation we will provide you with the information you need to choose your best coarse of action. If getting a new computer makes more sense than needlessly pumping money into an old one that will not benefit you in the long run, we will advise you. We're not here to gouge or lie to anyone.
